12:15 - Bus to Church
There will be buses to take guests from the hotels to the church. The buses will be leaving Westwood Country Hotel at 12:15.
There will also be a bus to take guests from Foxcombe Lodge to the Church (via Westwood). The bus will be leaving Foxcombe Lodge at 12:00 midday.
13:00 - Wedding
The main event. Venue: The Oxford Oratory.
The Wedding ceremony will be at The Oratory Church, Oxford, also known as St. Aloysius Gonzaga. It is a Catholic church and as such we will be having a Catholic ceremony. Father Alexander will be performing the marriage ceremony.

14:15 - Bus to Reception
Two buses will be on hand to ferry guests from the church to the reception.
So hop on after the ceremony itself to be delivered direct to Westwood where hopefully there will be some drinks waiting...
14:45 - Welcome Drinks
A drink or two and plenty of photos
16:30 - Speeches
The requisite delay to get you all hungry
17:00 - Dinner
A nice three course affair to give you stamina for the party ahead. We will be putting out our feelers soon for who would prefer the meaty or non meaty options, so stay tuned. Read here for more information.
19:30 - Band
Irish band, Trim the Velvet, get the party started and get everyone dancing.
23:00 - All Star DJ's
For a change from the norm, Yvonne and I decided we would prefer not to get in a random DJ to help us party into the small hours, but rather get our good friends to have some fun and do a little DJing for us.
